Frequently asked questions

1. What is Peak Hybrid?

Peak Hybrid is a training tracker built for hybrid athletes, people who lift, ride, run, swim, and hike in the same week. Everything lives in one place, with one honest readiness score so you can see how your body is responding to the work. iOS only.

2. How much does it cost?

The free tier is generous: daily logging across all five disciplines, basic metrics, and your dashboard. Pro is $9.99/month or $69.99/year (saves roughly 42%) and unlocks advanced metrics, longer history, and Strava sync visualizations.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Peak Hybrid → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

4. How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account → confirm. This permanently removes your workouts, routines, profile, and any Strava-imported activity data tied to your account. It can't be undone.

5. How do I connect Strava?

Profile tab → Connect Strava → authorize on Strava's site → you'll land back in the app, and your last 30 days of activities will sync within about 60 seconds. After that, new activities sync automatically when you finish them.

6. How do I disconnect Strava?

Profile → Strava Connection → Disconnect. Activities already imported stay in Peak Hybrid; future Strava activities just stop syncing. You can reconnect anytime.

7. Why don't I see Swim or Hike in my dashboard?

You control which disciplines appear in Profile → Discipline Preferences. Toggle off anything you don't train and it disappears across the whole app, calendar, dashboard, donut, everything. Toggle it back on whenever you want.

8. What does the Fitness / Fatigue / Form score mean?

  • Fitness is your trailing 6-week training load (CTL), long-term work absorbed.
  • Fatigue is your trailing 7-day load (ATL), how hard the recent week has been.
  • Form is Fitness minus Fatigue. Positive means you're rested; negative means you're carrying fatigue.

It's the same framework Strava and TrainingPeaks use, applied across all your disciplines.

9. My Strava heart rate isn't showing.

Heart rate flows through from Strava only when your Strava-connected device recorded an HR stream for that activity. If the activity on Strava itself has no heart rate data, Peak Hybrid can't show it either. There's nothing to pull.

10. I found a bug or have a feature request.
